The algorithm for Minimization of Metabolic Adjustment (MOMA) generates predictions of flux distribution for perturbed metabolic networks. The method is described in D. Segre', D. Vitkup and G.M. Church Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA (2002), 99(23), 15112-15117 .
